Programs for Children and Youth Are Back!

Currently Underway - Running Into November

Alpha is a weekly meal and discussion focused on the big questions of life and faith. Each week consists of 3 things:

 Dinner (provided), a short film to inspire conversation, and open discussion where no question is taboo and no perspective is off the table  

 "Probably the most important part of any Alpha: the chance to share thoughts and ideas on the topic, and simply discuss it in a small group. There’s no obligation to say anything. And there’s nothing you can’t say. It’s an opportunity to hear from others and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment."
 
Alpha is open to all and geared for those who have no faith, are new to the faith, or are simply interested in intentionally exploring the way of Jesus.
 
 Children are invited for dinner and we'll provide childcare for those who need it!

3 Practical Ways To Bless Our Neighbors This Fall

Bring new or gently used coats, hats, scarves, mittens, and gloves to the rack in the church hallway or lobby :) All donations will be dropped off at local schools and generously laundered by Kasperbauer Cleaners of Carroll! Also, donate any non-perishable food items — canned goods can be dropped in the basket in the church lobby, and pasta/boxed goods can be left on the shelves in the hallway near the front door. Thank you so much!

Special Women on a Mission

Special Women On A Mission is a group of inspiring, resilient women, who are unwilling to allow disabilities to eclipse their love for others and desire to serve in Jesus’ name. The group gathers regularly to build community, to study the Bible, and to practically serve others. On Sunday, Sept. 20th they’ll be collecting a special offering following our 10 AM service (cash or check made payable to Renew Covenant Church MEMO: SWOM). Funds will be used to further their mission projects, currently in partnership with Midwest Mission (Jefferson, IA).

Thank You For Supporting Carroll Kids!

Thanks to your generosity, we collected 44 coats and lots of hats and mittens for Fairview & Adams Elementary students. Huge thanks to Renew Church for the donations and Kasperbauer Cleaners for cleaning the used coats. Our Love Works people - Rachel, Jeff, Jennifer & Jordan - delivered the coats to Katie Farber, Fairview’s school counselor. Carroll Youth Collision Worship Night

Thanks be to God for a great event with seven other local churches. Youth came together to share songs, testimonies, small groups, and fun! We are so proud of our young people for their leadership and faithfulness to use their gifts to serve their peers and inspire faith!
